Colleen’s love of adventure and travel has been lifelong…

Colleen lived in Mexico, worked in Central America as a travel guide, and eventually moved to Melbourne, Australia to pursue a teaching degree at LaTrobe University.  In Sydney, she met her future husband, Danny, and moved to Southern California to begin their life together.  Shortly there after, they exchanged surfing in San Clemente for the community of Jackson as teachers.

For years, she inspired her students at Jackson Hole High School to both learn Spanish and embrace the many exciting adventures that lay ahead of them.  Seeking adventure herself, she spent a year in Waimea, Hawaii, teaching at a private school. Many things about the Big Island reminded her of Jackson such as the cowboys, open spaces, wildness and untamed elements.  Most importantly, they both share a strong sense of community and connection to nature.  Missing the community that has stood by them throughout the years, she returned to Jackson.

She loves floating the river, visiting local hot springs, snowboarding, admiring the wildlife and adventuring throughout the historic places. Jackson is truly a magical place with a soulful community.

Let Colleen help you find your place here with us amongst the rivers, mountains, and wildness that Jackson has to offer.
